Thumbs Up Maxis !

To sum it up everything its about how I’ve managed to clear the issue of my maxis broadband outstanding that maxis have miscalculated. I’ve to admit , Maxis Staffs were responsible and very quick to reply. I managed to solve the issue within 24 hours. Kudos to Maxis ! – Uh read if you want to know the whole story. The reason why I made in its own page mainly because it contains picture and lengthy texts and explanation. So if you’re the person who doesn’t love to read long-lengthy blog entry or if you’re on a slow internet connection then this summary will do the trick for you

Yes folks , the saga did continue after I stopped using Maxis Broadband service. Yesterday , I received a bill from Maxis Broadband saying that I’ve owed them RM319.53 (which I’ve attached below).

Well I got a shock of my life as Maxis promised to waive the fees before this. Nevertheless , I fired up Gmail on the same day and sent an e-mail to NCCC and to Maxis to enquiry them to explain it to them that Maxis has actually waived the whole RM 200 termination fees (I guess it could be due to system error or anything – eh thats my first assumption but I could be wrong. Its just an assumption). I was just like an other human frustrated , and lost in emotion (well not really , think of it as a metaphor) , but managed to keep it under control (not to mention the ragging hormones as well) . Before terminating , I’ve sent an e-mail to maxis to inquire weather if its possible to waive the RM 200 handling fees. On the 20th of June , I received a reply from Maxis Staff which shocked me (Yes , seriously , You heard it they will waive all my further charges). Holy [email protected]#$#$ ! That’s like something impossible into impossible (as the old saying goes by – when pigs fly – i made the impossible – possible. Anyhow let me attach the screen shot of maxis’ conformation on the waiver (on the 20th June)

I attached the screen shot above and my bill above to Maxis and NCCC so that they’ll look into it. Anyhow , today around ~1 PM , I received an reply from Maxis stating that they were unable to locate my account and they have requested me to submit the account’s holder NIRC number (No , I am not going to say who is the account holder as this is the Internet) . Then I did and Voila around 4 pm , I got an e-mail from their Customer Relations Unit staff saying that I don’t have to pay a single cent. Voila Maxis , if you’re reading this I am pretty impressed – Very Fast and Responsible Customer Services Unit. I am impressed and satisfied. So far maxis has one of the best customer service unit ever. Its soo sad that their broadband service isn’t par with their efficiency of their customer unit relation. That’s a sad thing. If they only improve and unblock those ports that I need to host games and other things , I would hop back to Maxis. Anyhow , the screenshot attached below on the full waiver of my bill !. Best of all its solved within 24 hours. Maxis , keep it up. You’ve earned my respect in terms of treating a customer – Impressive
